Arborio rice
80 ml
Coconut milk
1/2 tbsp
Raw cane sugar

In a pot of boiling water (1/4 cup per person), cook the rice for 5 minutes. - Step 2
Add the sugar and coconut milk and mix. - Step 3
Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Mix regularly, adding a little water and coconut milk if it gets too dry. - Step 4
Cut the mango into cubes. - Step 5
Check on the rice. - Step 6
Serve the warm rice with the mango and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
