Cod (fresh)

Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)

Peas (frozen)

In a pot of hot water, cook the peas for 8 minutes. - Step 2
Cut the cod into strips and place them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of the coconut cream for a few minutes. - Step 3
Roll the cod strips in the grated coconut until they are completely covered. - Step 4
Once cooked, drain the peas. - Step 5
Add the coconut cream, season with salt and pepper, and mix together until you get a purée. - Step 6
Feel free to add some water if the texture is too thick. - Step 7
In a frying pan, add a pat of butter and fry the cod for 5 minutes, 2.5 minutes on each side. - Step 8
Plate your mashed peas with the cod pieces on top, like the photo. If you have a lemon at home, top with a bit of zest. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
