  • Step 1
    Wash and peel the carrots. Chop into small pieces.
  • Step 2
    In a large pot add the carrots, coconut milk and 10 cl water per person. Cook on a high heat with the lid on for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Once the carrots are tender (they should mash easily), season and blend. Add a bit of water if the consistancy is too thick. Serve!
