- Step 1
Cook the eggs in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. Once cooked, put the eggs in cold water to stop them cooking. - Step 2
While the eggs are cooking, slice the tomatoes. - Step 3
Slice the cheese. - Step 4
Grill the bacon on a high heat, 2 minutes on each side. - Step 5
Peel and slice the eggs. - Step 6
Toast the bread. - Step 7
Spread the mayonnaise on two slices of bread, per person. On both slice, lay on the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, emmenthal, eggs and bacon. - Step 8
Cover the sandwich with the other slice of toast. Place 4 toothpicks in the four corners to hold the sandwich in place. Cut the sandwich in triangles. Serve!
