4 slices
White bread (sliced)
30 g
Cream cheese
20 g
Comté cheese
2 tsp
Onion jam
2 handfuls
Spring mix lettuce

Spread the cream cheese on each slice of bread. - Step 2
Add the sliced or shredded cheese and onion marmalade on one side, then salt and pepper, and close the sandwich. (Repeat depending on how many sandwiches you're making.) - Step 3
Add a pat of butter to a hot pan and cook the grilled cheese for 2 minutes on each side on low heat, until they're nice and golden. (Butter can make things cook quickly so be careful not to burn the bread!) - Step 4
Now turn off the heat, and remove the pan from the hot burner. Cover the pan and let it sit for 1 minute. - Step 5
Now, cut the grilled cheese. - Step 6
You can serve with a side salad if you want. Enjoy it while it's warm, it's ready (and delicious)!
