White bread (sliced)
30 g
Cream cheese
20 g
Comté cheese
2 tsp
Onion jam
2 handfuls
Spring mix lettuce

Spread the cream cheese onto both slices of bread. - Step 2
Spread the onion confit onto one slice of bread. Add the thinly slice comté cheese onto both slices. Close the grilled cheese sandwich. - Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grilled cheese & cook for 2 min on each side, until golden brown. Cover the pan & set aside for another min. - Step 4
Slice the grilled cheese in halves or quarters & eat with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
