Cod (fresh)

30 g
Chorizo (slices)

20 g
Parmesan (grated)

2 tbsp
Bread crumbs (plain)

10 g
Butter (unsalted)

2 handfuls

- Step 1
If needed, defrost your cod. Preheat the oven to 200°C Mix the grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, chorizo and butter. Mix until it becomes a paste. - Step 2
Put the cod, skin-side down, on a plate and spread a layer of the chorizo mixture on top. Put in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. - Step 3
Serve with a fresh salad !
