Stovetop, Pot (small), Electric hand mixer, Spatula, Ramekin, Grater
recipe
- Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set aside. - Step 2
Break and melt the chocolate in a bowl and place in a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix. - Step 3
Add the Grand Marnier, a pinch of sea salt and mix. When the chocolate is well melted, remove it from the bain-marie. Set aside and let cool. - Step 4
Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of sea salt. - Step 5
Add the egg yolks to your melted chocolate. Mix to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture. - Step 6
Very gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate with a spatula. - Step 7
Pour into individual cups or small ramekins. - Step 8
Chill for at least one hour before serving. - Step 9
Add chocolate shavings (optional) and orange zest before serving. Enjoy!
