Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a cake mould with removable sides. - Step 2
Put the chocolate into the mixing bowl and blend for 15 sec / speed 9. Scrap the sides of the bowl with the spatula. - Step 3
Add the butter in the bowl and heat for 3 minutes / 50°C / speed 2. - Step 4
Then add the eggs, sugar, flour, a pinch of salt and mix for 20 sec / speed 3. - Step 5
Pour the mixture into the buttered mold (we used a 23 cm diameter dish here) and bake for 17 minutes. Remove from the oven, allowing it to cool before removing the mold. Serve and enjoy!
