  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a cake mould with removable sides. Put the chocolate into the mixing bowl and blend for 15 sec / speed 9, scraping the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
  • Step 2
    Add the butter and heat for 3 minutes / 50°C / speed 2.
  • Step 3
    Add the eggs, sugar*, flour, a pinch of salt and mix for 20 sec / speed 3. *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 4
    Pour the mixture into the buttered mould and bake for 17 minutes. Remove from the oven, allowing it to cool before removing the mould. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe tip

If you wish to reduce sugar quantities, you can remove up to ⅓ of the sugar in this recipe without altering flavor.
