Add a pinch of salt and mix until creamy. - Step 4
Next, add the eggs and mix using a whisk. - Step 5
Add in the flour, almond meal, baking powder and fold to mix, using a spatula. - Step 6
Roughly break up the chocolate. - Step 7
Add the chocolate to the dough and mix. - Step 8
Using your hands or an ice cream scoop, make 2 inch balls. - Step 9
Optional: roll the balls in sesame seeds for an extra kick! - Step 10
We suggest chilling the balls (in the fridge or freezer), for 15 minutes before cooking, this will help keep the center gooey. - Step 11
Arrange the cookies on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and gently flatten them with your hand. Bake for 8 minutes. - Step 12
Remove from the oven. - Step 13
Top each with a bit of sea salt before serving.Enjoy! - Step 14
