Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, and oat flakes. - Step 2
In a second bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar* using a whisk. *See our tips for this step. - Step 3
Then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix again. - Step 4
Pour the oat mixture into the butter mixture. Mix well. - Step 5
Add the chocolate candies to the mixture and mix again. - Step 6
In a baking dish lined with baking paper (ours is 20 x 20 cm), spread the dough evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C. - Step 7
Once baked, remove the soft oat and chocolate squares from the oven. Let them cool before cutting and enjoying. They're ready!
Recipe tip
Pour une version plus légère, on vous conseille de remplacer la moitié du beurre par de la compote de pomme.
