- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a large bowl, add : the softened butter, brown sugar & sugar. Whisk until you obtain a creamy texture. - Step 2
Crack the eggs into the bowl & add a pinch of salt (optional) Whisk to combine. - Step 3
Add the baking powder, almond meal & flour. Using a spatula, fold-in the ingredients. - Step 4
Roughly chop the chocolate & add it to the cookie dough mixture. Mix to combine. - Step 5
Incorporate the peanut butter into the cookie dough, using a spatula. Chill for 15 min for the cookies to maintain a certain thickness & a gooey center. - Step 6
Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator & make 4cm balls (approx), using an ice cream scoop or your hands* Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 8 min at 220°C. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 7
Once golden on the edges, remove the cookies from the oven & serve warm. Enjoy !
