  • Step 1
    In a pot of salted water, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & set it aside.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, beat the eggs. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cut the ham into pieces.
  • Step 4
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over low heat. Add the eggs & cook while stirring delicately with a spatula. The need to stay a bit undercooked.
  • Step 5
    Once the eggs are cooked, add a bit of oil if necessary. Add the cooked rice, green peas, ham & soy sauce. Stir & continue cooking for 5 min.
  • Step 6
    Serve the Chinese fried rice on a plate or in a bowl. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
