  • Step 1
    In a pot of salted water, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Strain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, beat the eggs, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    In a hot frying pan add a knob of butter (or olive oil), then add the eggs, mix with a spatula. They should stay soft, not overcooked.
  • Step 4
    Once the eggs are cooked, add a bit of oil if necessary, the cooked rice, peas, torn up ham and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
  • Step 5
    Serve (optional: add a bit of soy sauce). Enjoy!
