  • Step 1
    Peel the carrot and onion and put them in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 sec / speed 5.
  • Step 2
    Next sauté the onions and carrots for 5 min / 110°C / speed 1.
  • Step 3
    Crush tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Add salt, pepper and paprika (optional: if you have some, you can add Tabasco or a little chilli pepper for a spicier dish). Simmer for 10 min / 90°C / speed 1.
  • Step 4
    Add the corn and beans. Simmer for 5 min / 90°C / speed 1.
  • Step 5
    In a pot, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Strain once cooked and set to one side.
  • Step 6
    Serve the chilli with rice. Enjoy!
