White rice (long grain)

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & keep warm. - Step 2
Meanwhile, peel & small dice the carrots. - Step 3
Peel & finely mince the onions. - Step 4
In the Thermomix bowl, add : the onions, carrots & a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 5 min / 110°C / reverse / speed 1. - Step 5
Add the crushed tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper & paprika.* Cook for 10 min / 90°C / reverse / speed 'Simmering'. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 6
Add the corn & red beans. Continue cooking for another 5 min / 90°C / reverse / speed 'Simmering'. - Step 7
Serve the chilli sin carne in a bowl with the rice. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
