Corn (canned)

Kidney beans (canned)

Carrots (fresh)

Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

1 tsp
Paprika

Yellow onion

White rice (long grain)

- Step 1
 In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the rice & keep warm.
- Step 2
 Meanwhile, peel & dice the carrots.
- Step 3
 Peel & small dice the onions.
- Step 4
 Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pot, over low heat. Add the onions & carrots. Cook for 10 min, stirring.
- Step 5
 Add the corn, red beans & crushed tomatoes.
- Step 6
 Season with paprika, salt & pepper.* Cover & leave to simmer 15 min, over low heat. *Check out our tips for this step

 Serve the chilli sin carne in a bowl with the rice. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
