    Drain and rinse the chickpeas and place them in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add the grilled peppers (slice if necessary), arugula and crumbled feta. Add the lemon juice and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper and enjoy!
