Whole grain mustard
50 ml
Heavy cream
70 g
White rice (long grain)

Red onion

Mushroom medley (frozen)

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain when cooked. - Step 2
In a frying pan, cook the mushrooms in a drizzle of olive oil on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. - Step 3
Peel and chop the onions. - Step 4
Cut the chicken into strips. - Step 5
Once the mushrooms are golden, add the chicken and mushrooms with another drizzle of olive oil. - Step 6
Cook for 5 minutes on high heat. - Step 7
Lower the heat and add the cream and mustard. Season and let simmer for 5 minutes. - Step 8
Season with salt & pepper. - Step 9
Serve the chicken and the rice and top with the sauce. Enjoy!
