  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain when cooked.
  • Step 2
    In a frying pan, cook the mushrooms in a drizzle of olive oil on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • Step 3
    Peel and chop the onions.
  • Step 4
    Cut the chicken into strips.
  • Step 5
    Once the mushrooms are golden, add the chicken and mushrooms with another drizzle of olive oil.
  • Step 6
    Cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
  • Step 7
    Lower the heat and add the cream and mustard. Season and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 9
    Serve the chicken and the rice and top with the sauce. Enjoy!
