Broccoli (fresh)

Peas (fresh)

Yellow onion

1/4 clove
Garlic

Peanut butter

Wash, then cut the broccoli into florets. - Step 2
Peel, then slice the onions. - Step 3
In a pot of salted boiling water, add the broccolis & green peas. Cook for 7 minutes. Once cooked through, drain them. - Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into thick strips. - Step 5
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix peanut butter & soy sauce. Season with pepper. Mix well. - Step 6
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the onions & grated garlic & cook for 2-3 min. - Step 7
Add the chicken & season with salt & pepper. Cook for 4-5 min on each side until golden brown. - Step 8
Add the sauce & strained vegetables to the pan. Mix & cook for another minute. - Step 9
