  • Step 1
    Wash, then cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Step 2
    Peel, then slice the onions.
  • Step 3
    In a pot of salted boiling water, add the broccolis & green peas. Cook for 7 minutes. Once cooked through, drain them.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, cut the chicken into thick strips.
  • Step 5
    Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix peanut butter & soy sauce. Season with pepper. Mix well.
  • Step 6
    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the onions & grated garlic & cook for 2-3 min.
  • Step 7
    Add the chicken & season with salt & pepper. Cook for 4-5 min on each side until golden brown.
  • Step 8
    Add the sauce & strained vegetables to the pan. Mix & cook for another minute.
  • Step 9
