Chicken breast

Broccoli (fresh)

Soy sauce

Peas (fresh)

Cut the broccoli into florets with a sharp knife*. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 2
Add a pinch of salt to the water, then add the broccoli and peas. Cook for 7 minutes, then strain. - Step 3
Meanwhile (if necessary), remove the excess fat from the chicken, then cook into thin strips. - Step 4
Mix the peanut butter and soy sauce in a bowl. - Step 5
Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes until golden. - Step 6
Add the sauce and strained vegetables and cook for 1 minute. Enjoy !
