Chicken breast
100 g
Carrot puree
1 handful
Spring mix lettuce
50 g
Tzatziki

1/10 bunch
Chives (fresh)

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken to it. Add salt and pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, over medium heat, until the chicken is nicely browned. - Step 2
At the same time, in a saucepan, heat the carrot puree according to the time indicated on the packet. - Step 3
Wash then chop the chives, if you have them. - Step 4
On a plate, add: carrot puree, chicken, tzatziki and salad. Salt, pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil and chopped chives (optional). It's ready !
