Tomato

Cucumber

Chickpeas (canned)

Allumettes (jambon fumé)

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the chicken breast. Season with salt & pepper & cook for 4-5 on each side, until fully cooked & golden. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & small dice the tomatoes. - Step 3
Wash & cut the cucumber into cubes. - Step 4
Remove the chicken from the heat & slice into cubes. - Step 5
In a shallow dish or salad bowl, add the lettuce, cubed chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, drained & rinsed chickpeas, bacon bits & grated cheese. Season to taste with a drizzle of olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. Toss & enjoy !
