Taco seasoning

Cheddar (shredded)

Little gem lettuce

- Step 1
Wash & halve the peppers, removing the heart & seeds. Thinly slice, then cut the slices into halves. - Step 2
Peel & finely dice the onion. - Step 3
Slice the chicken into thin strips. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the onions & sauté for 2-3 min. - Step 5
Add the peppers & continue cooking for 3-4 min. - Step 6
Add the chicken. Cook for 3 min. Season with salt, pepper & taco seasoning. Stir, cook for another min. Set aside. - Step 7
Wash, then finely chop the lettuce. - Step 8
Heat the tortillas in the microwave or in a frying pan. - Step 9
Serve the chicken & pepper on the tortilla. Add the salad & cheddar. Top with cilantro, if you have some. Enjoy !
