    In a bowl, add the chicken and Mexican spice mix. Season with salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix.

    In a hot frying pan, add the chicken strips. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side over medium heat, until golden brown.

    Meanwhile, prepare the avocado sauce. In a blender, add the avocado, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then blend until smooth.

    Wash and dice the cucumber.

    Accompany the dish with a nice cold Corona, if you wish!

    Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a frying pan. Then top them with the avocado sauce, chicken, and cucumber. Add a few cilantro leaves, if you have any. It's ready!
