In a bowl, add the chicken and Mexican spice mix. Season with salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix. - Step 2
In a hot frying pan, add the chicken strips. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side over medium heat, until golden brown. - Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the avocado sauce. In a blender, add the avocado, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then blend until smooth. - Step 4
Wash and dice the cucumber. - Step 5

Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a frying pan. Then top them with the avocado sauce, chicken, and cucumber. Add a few cilantro leaves, if you have any. It's ready!
