  • Step 1
    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken and brown it for 2 minutes over high heat on one side. Turn it over and let it cook for another 8 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Reserve.
  • Step 2
    Cook the rice noodles according to package directions.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, wash then cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  • Step 4
    Wash, peel the carrot then make tagliatelle using a vegetable peeler.

    Shred the chicken or cut it into slices.
  • Step 6
    Heat a pan of boiling water with 200ml of water per person. Add the stock cube and soy sauce.* Then pour in the peas and mix. *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 7
    In a deep plate, add the shredded chicken, carrot slices, mushrooms and drained rice noodles.
  • Step 8
    Pour in the broth with the peas, it's ready!
