Udon noodles

Baby bella mushrooms (whole)

Miso paste

Chicken bouillon (cube)

- Step 1
Wash and finely chop the mushrooms. Cut the chicken into thin strips. Mince the garlic. - Step 2
In a large pot, add some olive oil, the chopped garlic, shredded ginger and chicken strips. Cook for 2 minutes. - Step 3
Add 0.5L water per person in a casserole, and bring to the boil. Add the chicken stock and miso paste, pepper to taste (don't add salt!). Add the noodles and mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. - Step 4
Serve everything in a bowl, add cilantro if you have any. It's ready to eat!
