Chicken breast
20 g
Green olives
1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of hot water according to package directions. Drain at the end of cooking. - Step 2
Meantime, cut the chicken into cubes and mince the garlic. - Step 3
In the empty pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, the chicken and the garlic. Sauté over high heat for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. - Step 4
Add the ricotta, cream, olives and pasta to the pan, season with salt and pepper and mix. Serve, it's ready! - Step 5
If you have it, add a little sweet pepper for extra flavor!
