- Step 1
Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine : the soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice & half a teaspoon of sugar per person. - Step 2
Slice the chicken into strips. - Step 3
In a hot pan, add the chicken strips & grated garlic. Sauté for 3-4 min, over high heat. - Step 4
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. To avoid your noodles from sticking together, rinse them under cold water to remove the starch. - Step 5
Add the drained noodles into the pan with the chicken. Add the bean sprouts & pour the peanut sauce on top. Stir & cook for another 2-3 min, over medium heat. - Step 6
Serve the chicken Pad Thai in a bowl topped with crushed peanuts, fresh cilantro & a lime wedge. Enjoy !
