Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut the potatoes in half if they are large, otherwise keep them whole. - Step 2
Chop the peppers into chunks. - Step 3
Cut the sausages in thirds and prick holes in them them with a fork. - Step 4
Add all the ingredients to an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle some thyme. Mix well and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. - Step 5

Remove the dish from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
