Parmesan

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. - Step 2
After washing the tomatoes, add them to a frying pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. - Step 3
Finely slice or grate the garlic and add it to the pan with the tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. - Step 4
Once the tomatoes are cooked, gently crush them using a spatula or the back of a wooden spoon. - Step 5
Add the drained pasta to the pan with the tomatoes and mix to combine. - Step 6
Add the grated parmesan, chopped basil, salt & pepper. Serve with an additional drizzle of olive oil and some basil leaves for decoration. Dinner is served!
