  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix the eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Mix the eggs and flour. Add the milk and mix again.
  • Step 3
    Add grated parmesan and thyme.* * Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 4
    Add the cherry tomatoes in an oven-proof dish. Pour the mixture on top and add thyme. Bake for 40 minutes.

    Serve !
