Thyme (dried)

30 g
Flour (all-purpose)

60 ml
Milk (whole)

Parmesan (grated)

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix the eggs with salt and pepper. - Step 2
Mix the eggs and flour. Add the milk and mix again. - Step 3
Add grated parmesan and thyme.* * Check out our tips for this step - Step 4
Add the cherry tomatoes in an oven-proof dish (we used a 32 x 20 cm dish here). Pour the mixture on top and add thyme. Bake for 40 minutes. - Step 5
Serve !
