Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs. Season with salt & pepper, then beat them with a fork or whisk. - Step 2
Add the flour & mix well. Pour the milk & mix until smooth & well combined. - Step 3
Add the Parmesan & the 'herbes de Provence'. Mix well. * Check out our tips for this step - Step 4
Butter an oven-proof dish (we used a 32 x 20 cm dish here). Add the cherry tomatoes, then pour the batter over. Add a pinch of 'herbes de Provence', then bake for 40 mins at 190°C. - Step 5
Once cooked through & golden brown, remove the dish from the oven. Serve the clafoutis with a side of salad. Enjoy !
😋 Gourmet tip
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding powder garlic & crumbled goat's cheese into the clafoutis mixture.
