  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the crumble topping. In a mixing bowl, add : the flour, grated parmesan salt, pepper & softened butter. Mix with your fingers, until you get a sandy texture.
  • Step 2
    In a greased oven-proof dish, add the tomatoes & thyme. Season with salt & pepper & mix.* *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 3
    Add half of the crumbled goat's cheese & top with the crumble mix. Bake for 40 min at 180°C.
  • Step 4
    Once the crumble is golden brown & cooked through, remove the dish from the oven. Top with the remaining crumbled goat's cheese & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !

😋 Gourmet tip

For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding minced red onions, grated garlic & a couple dollops of grainy mustard.
