Ravioli (Gorgonzola)

Heavy cream

Walnuts

Toast the nuts in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes on "grill" mode, making sure they do not burn. - Step 2
In a large pot of hot water, cook the ravioli, according to the instructions on the packet. - Step 3
Take the nuts out of the oven and roughly crush them. - Step 4
Meantime, add the cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into second pot. - Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of pasta cooking water per person to the cream. Simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. - Step 6
Wash and cut the pears into thin slices (remove the skin if you'd like) - Step 7
Once the ravioli are cooked, drain them. - Step 8
Mix the ravioli with the cream. - Step 9
Serve with the pears, crushed walnuts, pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil, and presto!
