Cauliflower Steak with Hummus & Olives

Hummus
10 g
Black olives (pitted)
20 g
Feta cheese (block)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower, cut in half and cut off the stem along with the remaining leaves*. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 2
Cut a 2 inch "steak" per person. - Step 3
Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet, cover with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Bake for 45 minutes at 210°C. - Step 4
Remove the "steaks" from the oven and serve with the hummus. Add the black olives, crumbled feta and parsley on top. Season with salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
Recipe tip
For a more tender cauliflower steak, pre-cook it in a pot of boiling water for 5-7 min.
