- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. - Step 2
Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes. - Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel sauce. In a pot, melt the butter. - Step 4
Add the flour and mix quickly. - Step 5
Add slowly the milk and mix together and stir until it thickens. - Step 6
Once cooked through, drain the cauliflower. - Step 7
Put the cauliflower in an oven-proof dish and season. Add the bechamel and the cheese. - Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes until the top is nice and golden brown. Serve!
