Cauliflower (fresh)
50 ml
Heavy cream
30 g
Gorgonzola
15 g

Preheat the oven to 230°C/400°F. Cut the cauliflower into florets*. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 2
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 10 min. - Step 3
When done (the tip of a knife should slide in easily), drain the cauliflower. - Step 4
Place the cauliflower and gorgonzola (cut into pieces) in a baking dish. - Step 5
Pour in the cream and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, salt and pepper. - Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot!
