Banana
1 tsp
Sugar (granulated)

Butter (unsalted)

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise with or without the skin. - Step 2
Put the butter in a hot frying pan and let it melt, then sprinkle on the sugar. - Step 3
Next, add the bananas. (Face down if you leave the skin on.) Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. A caramel sauce will form around the banana. - Step 4
Plate the bananas and drizzle the caramel sauce over them. And enjoy! (Option: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you really want to treat yourself!)
