    Cut the watermelon into big cubes.
  • Step 2
    Cut the cantaloupe into big cubes.
  • Step 3
    Cut the goat cheese into quarters (or pieces).
  • Step 4
    Add the fruit to a bowl with the black olives and goat cheese; Season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.
