In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to pack instructions. - Step 2
Once the pasta is cooked, strain it, conserving some of the cooking water. - Step 3
In the saucepan (off the heat), add the pasta, pecorino and add 5 tablespoons of cooking water/person. Mix well. - Step 4
Season with pepper and mix again. Serve and enjoy!
