  • Step 1
    Wash & chop the parsley.
  • Step 2
    Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or in a small pot over low heat. Season the butter with a pinch of salt, grated garlic & the chopped parsley.
  • Step 3
    On parchment paper, unroll the pizza dough & cut it into 4 equal sections.
  • Step 4
    Add about 2 tbsp of cheese to the center of each cut section of dough. Use the back of a spoon to gently spread out the cheese.
  • Step 5
    Fold up the edges of the dough towards the center, pinching them to seal them together. Flatten the pieces of dough slightly using your hands.
  • Step 6
    Turn the breads over, then gently roll them out using a rolling pin. Be careful not to flatten them too much, to avoid tearing the dough.
  • Step 7
    Heat a non-stick pan & add one naan. Cook for 2 min on each side, until golden, then remove from the heat. Repeat until all of the naan is cooked.
  • Step 8
    Brush the cheese naan with parsley butter & serve. Enjoy!
