- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash the butternut and cut into strips using a vegetable peeler. - Step 2
Spread the dough on a flat surface. Spread the cream, leaving 2 to 3 cm on the edges. - Step 3
Spread the butternut slices then crumble the gorgonzola on top. - Step 4
Season with pepper then add a drizzle of olive oil on top. - Step 5
Slide the pizza onto a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C. - Step 6
Once the pizza is golden brown, add the arugula, it's ready!
