Beef (ground-beef patties fresh)

Cook the tater tots according to the instructions on the package. - Step 2
5 minutes before the tater tots are done, cook the beef patties in a pan on high heat (if necessary add a drizzle of oil) and cook for 2 minutes on each side. (or longer depending on how you like your meat cooked) - Step 3
Season the beef patties with salt, pepper & 'herbes de Provence' when done cooking. Set aside. - Step 4
Add a little bit of water while the pan is still hot to create a jus (about 2 spoonfuls per person). If desired, add a dab of butter for a richer sauce! - Step 5
Once the tater tots are nice and golden, remove from the oven and serve with the beef patties, jus & your favorite condiment. Enjoy!
