Beef (ground-beef patties fresh)

Potatoes (diced)
20 g
Butter (unsalted)

Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes on medium heat in a large pan. Mix frequently and season according to your taste. - Step 2
While the potatoes are cooking, dice the shallots. - Step 3
In another pan on medium heat, add half of the butter and cook the shallots for 2 minutes. - Step 4
Add the rest of the butter and the burgers and cook for 1 minute on each side. Cook for longer according to how you like your meat cooked! - Step 5
While the pan is still hot, add 2 tablespoons of water per person to create a jus. Let it thicken for about 2 minutes. - Step 6
Serve the steak with the potatoes and the jus from the beef. Enjoy!
