Buckwheat flour

100 g

Buckwheat flour

Stovetop, Frying pan, Whisk, Mixing bowl

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, add the buckwheat flour & a pinch of salt / portion.
  • Step 2
    Add 25cl of water / person and whisk vividly to avoid any lumps. Optional : set the batter aside for at least 2h to let it develop its aromas.
  • Step 3
    Grease a hot pan & add enough batter to just cover the pan, swirling it to cover the surface in a thin layer.
  • Step 4
    Cook for 1-2 mins on each side on high heat. Turn over & garnish to taste or set aside on a plate for later use.
  • Step 5
    Repeat with the remaining batter, making sure to grease the pan well between each galette. Enjoy !
