Buckwheat flour

- Step 1
In a large bowl, add : the buckwheat flour & a pinch of salt / person. - Step 2
Add 200 ml of water / person & whisk vigorously to avoid any lumps until the batter is smooth & homogenous. Set the batter aside for at least 2h before using it. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan. Once the pan is hot, pour a ladle of batter & quickly swirl the pan around to cover the surface in a thin layer. - Step 4
Cook for 1-2 mins on each side on high heat. Flip it over & garnish to taste, or set it aside on a plate. - Step 5
Repeat with the remaining batter, making sure to grease the pan well between each galette. Enjoy !
