Brussels sprouts (fresh)

Lemon

Parmesan
15 g
Hazelnuts

Mild chile powder, ground

- Step 1
Trim the Brussels sprouts and remove the first layer of leaves if they are damaged. - Step 2
Cut them into slices, then place them in a colander and rinse until water runs clear. - Step 3
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. (Optional: toast in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes). - Step 4
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan on high heat, add the chili pepper and mix. - Step 5
Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. - Step 6
Serve the Brussels sprouts with the Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and a few crushed hazelnuts or nuts. - Step 7
