1/10 bunch
Chives (fresh)
1 slice
Ham (deli slices)

Toast the buns in a hot frying pan for 15 to 30 seconds with a dab of butter or drizzle of olive oil. - Step 2
Finely chop the chives. - Step 3
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt & pepper. Add the chives. - Step 4
In a saucepan, over low heat, add 1/2 of the butter and the eggs. - Step 5
Scramble the eggs using a spatula and mix until cooked through. - Step 6
Add the remaining butter to the eggs and cook to your liking. - Step 7
Add the scrambled eggs to the bottom bun and place the ham on top. Add the top half of the bun and enjoy! - Step 8
Eat alone or with a green salad.
