Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half, if needed.* *Check out our tips for this step - Step 2
Place it in a pot of hot water and cook for 6 minutes. - Step 3
When the 6 minutes are up, add the pasta and cook according to packet instructions, and drain it when it's done. - Step 4
Now, mince the garlic. - Step 5
fry the garlic with the anchovies in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 2 minutes on high heat. - Step 6
Break up the anchovies by mashing them with a fork. - Step 7
Next, add the drained pasta and broccoli to the pan with the anchovy-garlic mixture. - Step 8
Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes on high heat. - Step 9
Serve the pasta, season, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
