  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash&slice the broccoli into florets. Small dice the stem.
  • Step 2
    Peel & finely mince the garlic.
  • Step 3
    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the garlic & sauté for 30 sec, stirring.
  • Step 4
    For mode tender broccoli, pre-cook in it in boiling water for 5 min. Add the broccoli & gnocchi* to the pan with a splash of water. Sauté for 2 min then cover & continue cooking for 5-6 min. *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 5
    Stir the veggies, then add the spinach & continue cooking until wilted, approx 2 min.
  • Step 6
    Once cooked through, astir in the ricotta.
  • Step 7
    In an oven-proof dish, add the gnocchi / broccoli mix. Top with grated parmesan & bake in the oven for 10-15 min at 200°C.
  • Step 8
    Once the gnocchi bake is golden brown on top, remove the dish from the oven & top with lemon zest (optional). Serve the broccoli gnocchi bake with a side of green salad & enjoy !

For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest seasoning your broccoli & gnocchi with some 'herbes de Provence', 'piment d'Espelette' or dried parsley.
