Mix together the eggs, milk and sugar using a whisk. - Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. - Step 3
Dip the brioche slices in the egg-milk mixture. - Step 4
Brown the brioche slices for 2 minutes on each side in the pan. - Step 5
Serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar and/or maple syrup (optional).
