Half baguette (parbaked)

Brie (round)
2 tsp
Cherry preserves
2 slices
Cured ham

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly slice the baguette on an angle, about 1/4 inch thick. - Step 2
Cut the brie into small pieces, about the size of each crostini. - Step 3
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet & add the brie to the bread. - Step 4
Bake for 5-6 min, until the cheese melts slightly. - Step 5
Transfer the crostinis to a plate. Spread a little jam on top of the brie. Top with a slice of raw ham. Season to taste, it's ready!
