  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly slice the baguette on an angle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Step 2
    Cut the brie into small pieces, about the size of each crostini.
  • Step 3
    Place the bread slices on a baking sheet & add the brie to the bread.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 5-6 min, until the cheese melts slightly.
  • Step 5
    Transfer the crostinis to a plate. Spread a little jam on top of the brie. Top with a slice of raw ham. Season to taste, it's ready!
