White bread (sliced)

30 g
Cream cheese

5 g
Spinach (fresh)

1 tsp
Cherry preserves

Brie (melting)

Spread the creamcheese on each slice. - Step 2
Add the sliced brie on one and the jam on the other. - Step 3
Salt, pepper. Optional: add some spinach sprouts. Close the sandwich. Repeat as many sandwiches as necessary. - Step 4
On a low heat, add a knob of butter to a hot pan and cook the grilled cheese for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they're nice and golden. Make sure they do not burn! - Step 5
Cut the fire, cover the pan and let stand one minute off the heat. - Step 6
Cut the sandwiches. - Step 7
Serve immediately. Enjoy !
