In a hot frying pan, fry the eggs for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium heat and the bacon slices for 2 minutes on each side. You can cook them in the same pan. - Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the muffins in 2 and toast them. - Step 3
Once toasted, add one cheddar slice to each of the hot muffins. - Step 4
Add a slice of bacon, one egg, the other slice of bacon and close with the other muffin half. Serve!
